How do custom style boxes work?
Select and pay for a tier of your choice. You will receive an email within 24 hours with a style questionnaire to help us put together your order and where you will enter your chosen character.
What sizes do the style boxes come in?
Pre-curated boxes will have all sizes and fits included in the description. Custom boxes will have a questionnaire where you can enter your sizes and desired fit. Contact us for any concerns you may have.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
Pre-curated boxes will take 2-3 business days to be fulfilled. For custom boxes, please allow for 1-2 weeks for fulfillment. As each order is unique. it will take us time to find garments perfect for your individual fit and character.
How long will it take to ship?
All orders will be shipped and tracked via Canada Post.
Please allow for 7-14 business days for shipping. Tracking numbers will be attached to every order once it has been shipped.
What is the cancellation or refund/return policy?
All sales are final. All products are sold as is. Therefore, please carefully check your order before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have prior to purchasing.
Where do you ship to?
Reel Bound is located in British Columbia, Canada and currently only ships to all of Canada.
